Perfect Moments

I've come to the conclusion that there are just a few perfect moments in life... today I experienced one of them.

If you've been keeping up, I've been battling a cold this week, which, if you ever read my blog, there is a good chance I'm sick with something. (Flu.. head cold... appendicitis... something) This week is no different. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not whining.

Wait, yes I am. But there is one of those perfect moments in here, I promise.

Either a sore throat, shivering, stuffy nose, sneezing or coughing is usually keeping me down. I've been sleeping more than I've been online the past few days (this must mean I'm really sick!). So anyway... with the barrage of medicines and kleenexes... this morning I found my perfect moment.

I had just gotten finished blowing my nose for the umpteenth time, and I lay down... and I could breathe. Through my nose kind of breathe. I just layed there and enjoyed breathing. I knew if I moved my head even a quarter of an inch, it was going to blow away the balance that had been created in my head. I stayed perfectly still for what seemed like.. okay, not an eternity, but probably a few minutes. Oh man. It was awesomely awesome. And then my snooze alarm went off, and I jumped.

Well those few minutes were perfect anyway...

I haven't updated here in a while...

Took a quiz... found out something I already know...

Otherwise, not a whole lot else going on. Just wanting to get over my cold. Ick.

Ah I'm such a nerd.

Something cool happened today that hasn't happened in a long time. Yeah, I know this is going to sound stupid to most, but it seemed cool to me.

So I've been playing this game, called StickFight, and I've met a few people playing it. What I find really cool about this is the fact that I found someone that I've connected with and can talk to. This is the first time in probably years that a random conversation started with someone online that didn't end with me hitting "block" or "ignore", and I actually added to my buddy list. He's not some crazy foreigner using strange foreign language characters to try to chat with me. He's not trying to get me to marry him. He's not trying to get me to cyber with him. Its just.. nice! Holy crap.

I'm such a nerd.
